HOW TO USE:
FOR THERAPEUTIC USE OR AS A FLAVOR: Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil into a cup of warm water to treat bloating, indigestion, colds, coughs with phlegm, bad breath, and back pain due to kidney yang deficiency; add 3-5 drops of anise essential oil to dishes as a flavoring (note: add later to prevent evaporation).
FOR MASSAGE: Mix with alcohol or (sesame oil, mustard oil, etc.) at a ratio of 1/10 for massage to relieve aches and pains in joints and body.
FOR FOOT SOAK: Add 5-7 drops to a basin of warm water (about 25 liters of water) to soak feet for detoxification and relaxation.
ROOM FRAGRANCE: Add 3-5 drops to a dish of coarse salt in the room (this salt can later be used for foot baths or soaking), or to a glass bottle with water or alcohol for natural diffusion to fragrance the room and disinfect the air.
CLOTHING FRAGRANCE: Add 3-5 drops to a wooden stick or cotton ball and place it in a wardrobe to fragrance clothes; or place it in a cloth bag to scent face masks, handkerchiefs, etc., which has antibacterial effects, reduces stress, and alleviates motion sickness symptoms.
