HOW TO USE :
FOR SKIN APPLICATION: Apply the essential oil directly to the shoulders, neck, and back to relieve colds and massage aching joints; mix with a carrier oil (such as castor oil or sesame oil) at a 1:10 ratio for muscle relaxation and massage.
FOR BATHING: Add 7-10 drops to a warm bath (approximately 50 liters of water) for a relaxing bath to relieve colds, detoxify, and unwind.
FOR ROOM FRAGRANCE: Add 3-5 drops to a dish of coarse salt in the room (this salt can later be used for foot baths or showers), or to a glass bottle with water or alcohol for natural diffusion to fragrance the room and disinfect the air.
FOR CLOTHES FRAGRANCE: Add 3-5 drops to a wooden stick or cotton ball and place in a wardrobe to fragrance clothes. Alternatively, you can put scented cloths, masks, handkerchiefs, etc., in a bag to help fight bacteria, reduce stress, and alleviate motion sickness symptoms.
