✦ Dragon blood rice is a highly nutritious type of rice that can be ground into flour for babies' weaning, cooked into porridge with meat and vegetables to provide a rich source of energy and micronutrients, helping children eat well and grow quickly. It is also very good for pregnant women or sick people who need to replenish their bodies.
How to cook red rice:
Unlike other types of rice, red rice is very hard, so to ensure it cooks evenly, expands well, and becomes sticky, it should be soaked for about 20 hours before cooking. Additionally, red rice requires more water than regular white rice, with a ratio of 1:3 or 1:4.
