HOW TO USE :
STEAM INHALATION : For steam inhalation to relieve colds, add 10-15 drops of *Moringa indigo* essential oil to a pot of boiling water (about 20-30 liters), cover yourself with a blanket and slightly open the lid to inhale the hot steam from the essential oil; for facial steaming to detoxify and deeply cleanse, add about 5-7 drops of essential oil to a bowl of boiling water, cover your head and the bowl to inhale the hot steam.
MASSAGE ON SKIN: Take a glass of alcohol and add 5-7 drops of *Moringa indigo* essential oil, shake well, then use to massage areas of aching joints or to treat colds; mix with a carrier oil (such as *Moringa oleifera*, sesame, etc.) at a ratio of 1:10 to apply to the skin to repel mosquitoes, or dab on bites to relieve pain and itching.
ROOM FRAGRANCE: Add 3-5 drops to a dish of coarse salt in the room (this salt can later be used for foot baths or soaking), or to a glass bottle with water or alcohol for natural diffusion to fragrance the room and disinfect the air.
FRAGRANCE FOR FACE MASKS AND CLOTHES: Add 3-5 drops to a wooden stick or cotton ball and place it in a wardrobe to fragrance clothes; or place it in a cloth bag to scent face masks, handkerchiefs, etc. This has antibacterial effects, reduces stress, and alleviates motion sickness symptoms
