- Uses :
✦ Shan Snow Ancient Tea Cakes are a type of Pu-erh tea made from the buds of ancient Shan Snow tea trees growing on the Tay Con Linh mountain range, fermented completely naturally. Each tea cake requires 7 months to 1 year of fermentation before being pressed. The tea has a delicate, earthy aroma of fermented tea and a sweet aftertaste that lingers in the mouth. When brewed, the tea has a rich, honey-yellow color and a refreshing, earthy aroma reminiscent of spring herbs.
✦ It tastes best when drunk immediately and retains its flavor for about 6 months.
✦ Weight: 1 cake (357g)
