From Vietnamese Organic Farms to Your Table: The Journey of Our Vermicelli & Hu Tieu Noodles

Each package of organic rice noodles and vermicelli you receive is more than just a food product. It represents a long journey from the lush green fields of Vietnam to the warm dining table of your family in America or Europe.
Today, we want to tell you that story – a story of dedication, rigorous standards, and a desire to bring the cleanest, tastiest products to your family.

         1.Starting from organic rice fields
Our journey began in the fertile lands of Vietnam – a region with a tropical climate and a thousand-year tradition of rice cultivation.
+ We chose to partner with certified organic farmers in provinces such as An Giang, Dong Thap, and Dak Lak. Here, rice is grown entirely organically:
            • No chemical pesticides used
            • No synthetic fertilizers used
            • Non-GMO (Non-GMO)
            • Irrigated with clean water and using organic fertilizers from nature
✅ Our farmers still maintain traditional farming methods combined with modern techniques to ensure high yields while preserving the highest quality.

2.Harvesting and selecting the best rice grains.
When the rice ripens to a golden yellow, only the rice stalks that meet strict standards are harvested. This is followed by a meticulous sorting process to select the whitest, most uniform, and most nutritious grains.
+ We pay special attention to two types of rice:
            • Organic white rice: For chewy, soft, and pure white rice noodles and vermicelli.
            • Organic brown rice: Used for premium products, rich in fiber and minerals.

3.From rice grains to noodles and vermicelli
At a modern, export-standard factory, organic rice grains are cleaned, soaked, milled into flour, and shaped using advanced production lines while still preserving traditional Vietnamese methods:
            • Mix the flour with clean water.
            • Press into strands using a specialized mold.
            • Steam and dry at a strictly controlled temperature to maintain natural elasticity.
✅ The entire process uses no preservatives, thickeners, or additives. The result is organic rice noodles and vermicelli that are chewy, translucent, and retain the pure flavor of rice.

4.International certification – A commitment to quality for global customers.
Each batch of our products undergoes rigorous testing and has achieved two of the highest certifications:
            • USDA Organic (USA)
            • EU Organic (Europe)

5.The journey to your dinner table
            • From our factory in Vietnam, the product is vacuum-packed, undergoes a final quality check, and is shipped by sea or air to the US and Europe.
            • We designed simple, easy-to-store, and environmentally friendly packaging so you can easily store it at home. Just boil it for a few minutes, and you'll have a delicious and healthy bowl of vegetarian rice noodles, vegetarian Phnom Penh-style rice noodles, grilled pork rice noodles, or rice noodle salad.
