                 1.First step: Sourcing used jeans – Responsibly sourced materials.
                   It all starts with carefully selecting high-quality pre-owned jeans. We partner with sustainable suppliers in Vietnam and partly from the US and European markets. Only pure denim jeans, with thick fabric, no major rips, and at least 80% cotton, are chosen.
                   + Each pair of jeans undergoes a thorough inspection:
                    • Cleaned, deodorized, and disinfected according to safety standards.
                    • Sorted by color (classic indigo blue, washed black, vintage blue, etc.) and fabric thickness to match handbag designs.
               🏝️ Thanks to this step, we minimize the waste of denim fabric – one of the most polluting materials in the fashion industry – and give international customers the feeling that "by buying a bag, you're helping to save 1–2 kg of fabric from landfills."

                 2.Design – From concept to exclusive blueprint
                  • No two handbags are exactly alike. Our design team (comprising Vietnamese artisans with over 10 years of experience) always begins by hand-drawing on paper. We draw inspiration from:
                   + American street-style minimalism.
                   + Modern European trends (boho-chic, vintage, patchwork).
                   + Subtle Vietnamese cultural elements (lotus leaf motifs, stylized dragons and phoenixes, or traditional hand-stitched details).

                3.Handcrafted process – Every stitch
                  • This is the most "magical" part, entirely handmade:
                   + Fabric cutting: We cut according to precise patterns, making the most of each piece of fabric (the trouser leg section for the bag body, the waistband section for the straps, the back pocket for the inner auxiliary pocket).
                   + Patchwork & combination: We combine multiple pieces of jeans in different colors and textures to create unique patterns. Sometimes we add organic cotton lining or recycled suede for added luxury.
                   + Hand-stitched: All seams are made using industrial sewing machines with hand finishing. Each bag has at least 200–300 hand stitches for increased durability.
                   + Signature details:
                    * Hand-embroidered logos or personalized designs (customer name, date, etc.).
                    * Add brass zippers, classic metal snap buttons, or recycled genuine leather straps.
                    * Inner lining printed with the tag “Handmade from recycled jeans – Made with love in Vietnam”.
                💦 The entire process of making a handbag takes between 4 and 8 hours of work, depending on its complexity.

                 4.Final quality control and finishing
                  Each bag must pass five rigorous inspection steps:
                   • Durable shoulder straps (can withstand 15kg of weight).
                   • No loose threads, no fading after 10 washes.
                   • Standard size (usually 35x30x10 cm or mini size 25x20 cm).
                   • Meets EU & US export standards (contains no harmful chemicals).
